This wine was made from 100% shiraz grapes grown at the historic Winilba Vineyard.
A range of fermentation techniques, combined with subtle use of French Oak barriques has produced an intense full flavoured wine,
which displays typical ripe berry and spice characteristics.
This wine will benefit from cellaring for up to 10 years or it can be consumed earlier.
